เงื่อนไขการรับประกันสินค้า (Warranty Policy)
การรับประกันนี้ครอบคลุมเฉพาะสินค้าที่ชำรุดหรือบกพร่องจากการผลิตเป็นระยะเวลา 2 ปี นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้าเท่านั้น และ ระยะเวลาตลอดชีพ (สำหรับสินค้าบางรายการ)
ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการรับประกันสินค้าหากตรวจพบว่าความเสียหายของสินค้านั้นเกิดจากปัจจัยที่นอกเหนือจากการรับประกันอันไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับขั้นตอนของการผลิตและความบกพร่องของชิ้นส่วนต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ ความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการใช้งานที่ไม่ระมัดระวังหรือการใช้งานแบบผิดวิธี, รอยขีดข่วน, ขาด, คราบสกปรก และรอยเปื้อน, สินค้าที่มีการดัดแปลงการประกอบติดตั้ง, สินค้าที่เสียหายจากการทำความสะอาดผิดวิธี, การเสื่อมของวัสดุตามอายุการใช้งาน, สินค้าขึ้นรา, สินค้าถูกปลวกหรือมอดกิน, ชำรุดเสียหายจากภัยธรรมชาติ, สินค้าขายตามสภาพ, สินค้าตัวโชว์, สินค้า Clearance Sales, และสินค้าสั่งตัด สั่งผลิต

เงื่อนไขการคืนเงิน
เราจะทำการคืนเงินให้แก่ลูกค้า ในกรณีที่เรา ไม่สามารถจัดส่งสินค้าตามที่ลูกค้าสั่งซื้อได้ โดยจะคืนให้เต็มจำนวนโดยไม่หักค่าใช้จ่าย
ระยะเวลาการคืนเงินค่าสินค้า
- กรณีลูกค้าชำระเงินช่องทางตัดผ่านบัตรเครดิต ของธนาคารพาณิชย์ที่จดทะเบียนในประเทศไทย จะทำการคืนเงินกลับไปยังบัตรเครดิตที่ลูกค้าใช้ในการชำระเงิน โดยใช้ระยะเวลาประมาณ 15-20 วันทำการ ขึ้นอยู่กับรอบการตัดบัตรเครดิตของธนาคารเจ้าของบัตร ของลูกค้า
- กรณีลูกค้าชำระเงินผ่านช่องทาง Internet Banking จะทำการคืนเงินกลับไปยังชื่อและเลขที่บัญชี ที่ลูกค้าโอนจ่ายค่าสินค้ามาเท่านั้น ใช้ระยะเวลาประมาณ 2-3 วันทำการ
ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับประกันสินค้าที่อยู่ในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น
ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดเงื่อนไขการรับประกันโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
Warranty Policy
This warranty covers only products that are defective or faulty due to manufacturing for a period of 2 year from the date of receipt of the product. And a lifetime warranty (for some items).
We reserve the right to cancel the warranty if it is found that the damage to the product is caused by factors outside the scope of the warranty and not related to the manufacturing process and defective parts, including: damage caused by careless or improper use, scratches, tears, dirt and stains, modified or altered products, products damaged by improper cleaning, material deterioration due to age, mold, products damaged by termites or woodworms, damage from natural disasters, products sold as is, display products, clearance sales products, and custom-made products.
Refund Policy
Refund Conditions
The company will refund the customer if the company is unable to deliver the ordered product. The refund will be in full, without any deductions.
Refund Timeframe
- For customers who paid via credit card from a commercial bank registered in Thailand, the refund will be credited back to the credit card used for payment. The refund process takes approximately 15-20 business days, depending on the credit card billing cycle of the customer’s bank.
- For customers who paid via Internet Banking, the refund will only be credited back to the name and account number from which the customer transferred the payment. This takes approximately 2-3 business days.
We reserve the right to provide warranty coverage only for products located in Thailand.
We reserve the right to change the warranty terms and conditions without prior notice.
